Welcome to DmanD App (hereafter referred as DmanD), a new platform where you can post your requirements and expect them to be fulfilled by people in your neighbourhood. The terms & conditions listed below will explain your rights as DmanD user and our expectations from as a DmanD user.
As a DmanD user we expect you to comply with all terms and conditions mentioned here. DmanD reserves all rights to change the terms and conditions, which will be posted to you via email or chat platform in the DmanD app.

Our service to you

DmanD is a new platform created in year 2021 to primarily with the following three objectives:

• To enable you to get your orders delivered to your homes by local community, conveniently, quickly and at best price.
• To enable local shopkeepers to check and fulfill demands in their community.
• Lastly, offer opportunities to common people to earn some money by fulfilling orders raised by others in their local community.

DmanD app may go through lots of changes which will be implemented dynamically and sometimes the service may be down temporarily during the upgrades.

Accepting the Terms

In order to avail our Services, you must agree to the Terms & Conditions. Not accepting or not complying with our policies may mean no more access to DmanD. By accepting the terms and conditions on the registration form you agree to all the terms and conditions set by us.

Eligibility & Address Verification

Orders raised by users might contain errors, mistakes, mis-information or incomplete information. You are expected to use user discretion on responding & acting on any such information. DmanD App does not verify the accuracy and truthfulness of any information shared among users on Chat platform or through other means outside the DmanD App. We do not endorse or guarantee the truthfulness or accuracy of the content posted in any form.

Code of Conduct

DmanD App is all about connecting buyers & sellers of products & services within a local community neighbourhood. Our intention is to enable happy experiences for people & community that we all care about. We take care to protect the rights of all DmanD App users and we expect all users to follow the Code of Conduct and treat others as you would like to be treated.

Be honest

• Use your real name, photo and address. You can create a user id which may restrict some information which you do not want to share with everyone publicly.
• Currently you can join as an individual user. You must not register as a family or business.
• Be honest and truthful in your communication on DmanD App.

Be Courteous

• Ensure to treat everyone with respect.
• Express disagreement in a respectful way.
• Use proper and respectful language in all your communications.
• Be patient.
• Keep your profile and photo updated.

Be helpful

• Try to help others in posting their orders.
• Come forward to supply and sell with a helping attitude.
• You must be at least 14 years old before you can sign up as a member on DmanD App.
• It is compulsory to provide correct details for all fields in your profile such as your actual name, address, email, mobile number and any other information which might be need from time to time.
• DmanD App reserves all rights to verify the information you provide during registration or subsequently during transaction or updation.
• To become a user of DmanD App we require you to authenticate your mobile number through a verification process determined by DmanD App.
• When you sign up to DmanD App via any social networking site such as Facebook or through Google credentials, you will remain bound by the terms of those services when you are using them and you provide us with the authority to copy your Facebook membership details or Google user details to DmanD App.
• You must not share your account password.
• You must not use yours or anyone else’s account for malicious purposes or actions.
• After registering as a user if your behaviour proves to be harmful to the community or to any individual in the community, DmanD App reserves the rights to terminate your access permanently.
• DmanD App reserves rights to deny access to any new member. People with criminal records or socially unacceptable behaviour will face denial of access to DmanD App.

Content "who owns it"

All of the content and information you post on DmanD App is available for the users in the community to be seen. You can decide certain elements of your profile which you want to allow to be visible to public.

Login Information & Security

You are responsible for protecting the password that is associated with your DmanD App account. Please use a “strong” password (a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols) with your account. DmanD App cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from failure of protecting passwords.
Use of DmanD App (including posting orders, communicating with other users, changing your account settings, etc.) using your user account will be understood to be used by you alone. You are expected to contact us immediately in case of any unauthorized use of your username and/or password or any other security breach.

Email & SMS Registration

User Accounts are automatically set up to receive email communication, chat messages and mobile text messages from DmanD App. We may continue to provide this information to you until you indicate otherwise. You may opt out of receiving email communication by altering the email settings from your account settings

Push Notification Alerts

DmanD App's push notifications messages are not intended to replace any primary phone service. It is not designed or intended to be used for emergency services.

Push Notifications for any urgent alerts may not be delivered if your phone is in an out of service areas or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time. In addition, within a coverage area, factors beyond the control of the user’s wireless carrier may interfere with message (OTP or other kind) delivery.
You acknowledge that DmanD App's Notification messages may not be received in a timely fashion and that your wireless carrier does not guarantee that alerts will be delivered.
We trust our users of DmanD App, to report anything that which is against these guidelines. Definite actions can be expected in the event of any such behavior by any user. Not all the people have the same mind of perception, but it should never lead you to violate these guidelines even in case of disagreement.
DmanD App reserves the right to terminate your registration or status as a user immediately in the event of any conduct which we consider to be unacceptable, or in the event of a failure to comply with any of these Terms.
